I aim to join a company or practice where I can use and enlarge my knowledge and 14 years of experience as architect for our mutual progress.
2001 - 2002
Environmental technology, Architectural Project and MicroStation training courses at the Faculty of Build Environment - South Bank University, London (UK). Erasmus student.
1995 - 2001
Architect from the ETSA (School of Architecture) - University of Seville (Spain). Equivalent to MArch degree.
2003 - present
Self employed. Co-founder in 2009 of Arquitectura y Restauracion (www.arquitecturayrestauracion.com) with architect Arturo Ramirez, an architectural practice based in Cordoba (Spain). Since Nov. 2015, living in Macclesfield (UK) and working on-line as architectural consultant on projects in Spain.
More than 200 projects successfully accomplished, including public and private housing, health, education, heritage restoration, sports and cultural facilities. 
2001 - 2002
Intern architect at Amalgam (www.amalgam.co.uk) - London (UK).
Worked in a team led by designer Robin Locke developing several projects, from tender documents to construction details, including the British Grove Studio (a recording studio in west London), Southwark Street office renovation, the Manor House (a house extension in Bosham). Prepared and delivered presentations, cooperated with consultants, prepared architectural and detail drawings and met local and national building codes and construction regulations.
1999 - 2001
Summer practices as undergraduate architect at Jose Luis Lope architects and Arturo Ramirez architects, both practices located in Cordoba (Spain). Collaborated preparing architectural drawings, detailing and on-site supervision.    
Experienced in all studies of project design from initial concept though detailing to completion on site. Communicated with clients to determine requirements, prepared commercial proposals and client agreements, provided administration and coordination within the project team and with contractors and provided on-site supervision.
Technically proficient in low-rise building structural analysis and design: concrete, steel and timber-framed structures. Experienced in design, calculus and on-site supervision of both types of building structures.

Operated in AutoCAD, VectorWorks, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, CYPE (structural and mechanical services software), ArcGIS, Corel Draw, Presto (quantity surveying software) and AccuRender. MicroStation, Revit,  ANSYS, InDesign, Tricalc, 3D Studio Max and Rhinoceros at basic level.
